Work was ok, then did a bit of shopping for Jean in m and S , a bit in Waitrose and then a bit in Tesco. Jean had another not great day, as the carer had arrived even earlier, at 5.30, which is far too early to be waking a 92 year old up.
I calmed her and made coffee etc and did the washing and made sure tomorrow’s carer doesn’t arrive whilst we are at the dentist.
This is my walk home through the woods., looking a bit like autumn.
