An imaginative response

During the first and second lockdowns there were concerns about how people would be able to meet together safely once regulations started to be  relaxed.   One response that attracted support was the provision of  slightly covered open air meeting spaces .

The Colintraive and Glendaruel Communities , which have a single community council and development trust, obtained funding to erect a structure in each place and I blipped the start of construction of the Colintraive  one back on the 20th of June.

This is now in regular use and has  integrated  successfully with the local bowling green. 

The Colintraive Hall had a lunch time fund raising BBQ today and I was able to get some pictures of it in situ.
