Hints of Autumn

A hot day!  Drove M to the hospital for an xray. Walked Fletch round the grounds to the spinner,  which was nice and cool. Returned to the car at the appointed time . M not so happy as theyd no record of his appointment and hed been waiting for me for half an hour in the heat..
Back home and he phoned the surgery which confirmed the appointment had only been verified 8 minutes after M had left the hospital. 

Left it till 5 pm as it was slightly cooler before we went back. Quick blip of a trident maple  in the car park. Plenty of trees to wander amongst while we (Fletch and I) waited. 

 Autumn colour but mid summer heat!
