Birthday brought forward a day so that we can celebrate en masse Fifteen tomorrow!

Busy Friday as ever. Up at six to bake two cakes and my first client at 7.30am.
Eighteenth birthday for H a few weeks away but decided a surprise wasn’t needed and the present was, so after all my clients had left hopped into town to the amazing Apple shop and the rather lovely American Kevin who helped H spend a rather big wad of my cash. A totter along Princes St for some new clothes and a posh shirt for all these dubious parties he’s going to be attending :)) Dropped him home to play with his new toy and continue the packing and then back into town to pick up R.
Cakes and shakes at Lucas with one set of pals, first party done. Home to curry with the family and sat on a new throne for presents. My mum has given her the little armchair from own childhood bedroom, and her own mother’s before that too. So R was thrilled to be surprised with it for her new room. Perfect.
Last night with all the kids at home., a bit of a sad bedtime for this mum with two kids out of three excited for the morning.
