Such excitement

Great run this morning and managed to take 50 seconds off Wednesdays time, which I was happy with.
Few jobs but the main thing was to try and get the right settings on my camera and a good position for the tour of Britain coming through the village. We had the tv on so that we could see where they were and watch them cross the beautiful Pennines.
Nice buzz in the village and it was interesting watching all the police cars and motorbikes going through well before the cyclists arrived.
Got quite a few shots of the leading group and then the next much larger group and then a car came along shouting four more riders coming. Three riders came through well after the others and they got the loudest cheers, and then a lone rider.
It all happened so fast but was such fun. My photos are not great but not bad for a first attempt and I am happy with them.
