Burr holes

As some of you know, my wife Tandy has been having a number of medical issues. Tuesday the 19th, she had to be sent to one of our local hospitals.

She knew what age she is, but was unable to state what year this is. She had some sort of pressure on the brain. The doctors are still not sure why, but they ended up drilling a series of "burr holes" in her skull to relieve the pressure on the brain.

The surgery was quite successful and now she is quite lucid.

What a bi**h to be in the hospital on one's birthday. She is doing well now, and expected to be released on Monday or Tuesday of next week.
