Boardroom

Eco mum took Juno for a walk, while I bagged horse manure for the allotment. Bitter easterly wind cutting through my clothes.

Off to my allotment to pick up my tatties and onion sets.

Back home and I was heading to a Scottish League match today and invited into the boardroom.

The game was East Stirlingshire v Montrose, I was a guest of Charles who won the raffle to be the chairman of the shire for the Rangers game at Ibrox and has been helping out at the club since.

A pre match cup of tea and chat to the boards of both teams.

A first half ruined by a strong wind up and down the pitch, 1-1 two fine goals.

Halftime hospitality and back out Montrose dominating with Shire making little progress into the wind. A late cracking winner for the visitors sent them home happy.

There was a fan who was brilliant, he sang by himself and when Montrose scored went mad for a man his age. I asked in the boardroom after and it truns out it is Hamish who goes to all the Montrose games and walks there as much as possible, fabulous.

Back home and defrosting.
