It is great working with dedicated, passionate people again.

Have you heard of Nandi Bushell? She is an 11-year old who challenged a rock star (Foo Fighters) to a drum-off, or a drumming contest. She showed such incredible joy in every video. Recently the rock star's band invited her to their concert and had her play. 

This morning we had a party to celebrate someone in the office getting a new job. Repeatedly I saw a joy in her face that reminded me of that girl's. 

Iceland has no mosquitoes. Really.
