Potentilla

My hay fever / cold and heavy rain combined to put paid to this morning’s golf so, apart from a foray to the High Street for a few things, it’s been a day at home.

I baked the weekly bread then we tidied various neglected nooks and crannies: the shoe rack, sock drawers and the under stairs cupboard all revealed stuff the should have been thrown out long ago.

Don’t know where the day went really. Anyway, this potentilla that we planted this Spring has settled in  and is blooming well.
