Was kept awake for a couple of hours in the middle of the night by an alarm somewhere outside. Every time it stopped I’d nearly manage to drift off and then it would start up again. Matt obviously slept through without even stirring.

As a result I had quite a sleepy day and didn’t feel amazing for most of it. Perked up in the afternoon and had a rainy walk to Asda. It’s starting to look a little autumnal in places already.

Matt was in the office again today but when he got back I did a stir fry, with lots of peanut fried tofu (and a spring roll, natch).
