‘Tudor’ chimney pot - built in 2021!

Oxburgh Hall’s iconic chimneys are now being rebuilt following the replacement of the roof.
They are ‘Tudor style’ but probably not true Tudor period as they were added after the house was built. In order to replace the roof the chimneys (27 of them) were removed brick by brick and some of the old bricks are being reused though many new ones have been made by specialist brick makers who are also reassembling the chimneys. I think three are done so far . The whole renovation should be completed early next year - then they have to dismantle over 31 miles of scaffolding poles!
