I wanted to stay busy today so booked to visit the Gallery and the Harryhausen exhibition again, this time taking others with me.

The Gallery was less busy and that allowed us more time to enjoy the exhibits.

The cafe was closed. I love the primary colours of the seating and that great big Paolozzi foot.

I enjoyed the distraction and my mind settled enough for me to stay present.

Carol joined me later with tea and flowers, and a promise to never leave me...... is this where we are?
