Spiders wrapping dinner

If you don't like seeing spiders scroll past quickly!

This morning I went for a walk along the stretch of canal that is close to my house. There were lots of insects around - demoiselle, butterflies and bees.

As I walked I saw a crane fly fly into a spider's web. In a flash the spider zoomed out and began subduing and wrapping it's prey.  

It was joined by a different looking spider and the two worked together on wrapping the crane fly.  One looks like an orb weaving spider but the web was a raft shape and the other spider looked completely different.
A mystery!
