Dappled Light

I went out for a walk this morning to get some steps under my belt as I knew I'd be cleaning our patio room later in the day, which I did, and that took care of the afternoon. Feels good to be getting round everything!  I stopped at a cafe terrace to have coffee and toast out for a change - nice. 

Bb was in full flow this morning. I could just catch snippets coming down the stairs, but I could tell he was very focused as he had to get through so many 15 min sessions with MBA students who were getting immediate fb from him on their speeches for the Communications class. 

A short walk out in the evening and instead of having chili again at home, we shared a bacon and cheese sandwich and chips out. I must have been tired as I was in bed at 10.20pm!  Getting into practice for when my course starts and early mornings!
