Ah cricket, the game where the dog / human relationship is at its best!

A dog can chase a ball and return it to one end of a wicket faster than a man can chase a ball and throw it back.

A dog chasing a well struck ball is more likely to intercept same before it crosses the boundary.

Dogs only ever want to field, never bat or bowl, which suits the humans fine.

Cheese and crackers back in the pavilion, a lick of beer.

Ah…..nothing beats cricket!
