Brave ....

.... or foolhardy?

BIGGER, BRAVER CROCUS.

Some of these lovely, small crocuses live in a container underneath my letter box on the fence. They're a real fave of mine for their colouring, and their delicacy. Only one came up last year and I badly wanted to blip it, planned to the day after I spotted it - but by the following morning something had eaten it! I was gutted. Today we've had about an inch more of snow (aaargh!) but this one, solitary crocus is doing its best to take on the wintery conditions. Is it a brave little crocus - or just a foolhardy one?
