Lake of Menteith

Despite the early morning heat there were still some areas of low lying mist spoiling my view as I drove to Aberfoyle. I always pay a quick visit to the Lake of Menteith hoping to catch a wonderful reflection ..... not to be today though, even although the water was beautifully calm.

The day just got hotter and hotter and by the time I was on my way home the temp was 30° and that is just too hot for me and when a journey that should have taken me just over an hour took three because of an accident I wasn't worth a button by the time I got home.
