Rose

It has been really hot here today. Not something we are used to in North Yorkshire. After being out all morning I felt quite tired this afternoon. Fortunately I had clocked up plenty of steps during the morning so only needed a short walk this afternoon.  I spotted this lovely rose on my walk. The flower is flawless but the leaves are looking a bit ravaged.

It's a case of blip and run this evening as we are presenting a talk soon and have to log in in 20 minutes time.  Hopefully I'll catch up tomorrow.
