Beaurocracy!

I am SO fed up! Mums phone line went down again last night and with it her call alarm …..so 95, unsteady , uses walking frames, mentally very frail, lives alone …..you get the picture. I spent nearly two hours on a chat with a pleasant enough but ineffectual person from ‘abroad’ and this was the best I could get. In spite of my re-iterating time and again her vulnerability! In the end THEY cut the chat short! I’m furious! 
The company concerned are notorious for their lack of customer service but have a monopoly sadly.
