Pretzel and Beer

Pretzel with cheese sauce and mustard. Beer: flight consisting of the entire current lineup at Kauai Beer Company (8 pours of 4 oz. each).

This was welcome refreshment after a day of hiking and exploring at Waimea Canyon and Koke'e State Park. This is the second craft brewery of two (the only two, I believe) we have tried on the island. This one was decent, but the other (Kauai Island Brewing Company) was rather the better of the two.
