Special times with Island friends Cathy and Peter …here for drinks and appys on our “dining pavilion”…the phone couldn’t quite deal with the back light but we had such a lovely time and a bit of birthday celebration, it was the highlight of the day and had to be the blip.  many topics of interesting conversation, including Canadian politics, their dealing with covid, (and the outrageous, very UN canadian behavior of the antivaxers protesting the new mask mandates with huge crowds.. but the medical profession HAS to treat the unvaccinated...),   books, family, only a touch of medicine...  ...   Cathy just had a caregivers break to a music camp for 5 days….I should have recorded their happy birthday song!!   She just MIGHT start blipping again…wouldn’t that be cool?   (edit:   she did it!  HERE )

Made a trip to the marina to bring more stuff to the car.  And pickup a few groceries, and takeout for tomorrow...…it’s only open one more week!    But summer seems to be back ..gorgeous today!
