Eagley brook

as it goes past the cricket ground.  Taken on our walk today after lunch.  
First thing this morning we waved the girls off to school after the obligatory photos were shared with the family.  One going up to reception and the other going into juniors.  Both looked so smart with hair done in plaits!  Well done Mum!  

The morning seemed to be spent in phone calls then after lunch it was a quick bit of gardening and our usual walk.  A chat with one of the neighbours in full sun! It was hot but most of our walk is sheltered by trees which was lovely.  

Later the gardener came for 2 hours and that was great and I made an apple flan and took some over to the girls!  Came back with lettuce, and lots of parsley!  Mum has green fingers!  Finally after dinner we did a Tesco run!  It was dark when we arrived back home.  The days are shortening !  Tomorrow Ro gets to collect the girls from school!
