Drying chilli’s

The spring chilli plants have now got a bit old, sad and tatty. We’ve been using the chilli’s off them for a while, the remaining chilli’s have now been removed and hung to dry. Two new little chilli plants have been grown from seed and are now transplanted into the larger vacant pots, they will hopefully be fruiting before too long. I am grateful for the south facing kitchen window.
