Simply sourdough

My first attempt at sourdough using the starter given to me at the Bertinet Kitchen.

Whilst it's a whole lot better than ones I've baked before, I think I over proved it and definitely did not "slash" the top properly. On the other hand it seems to have a good crust and sour dough texture and taste!

And the lovely Mr EF crafted me a bread peel!
