Last Day

We’ve been relaxing at Dave and Nora’s house after such a full two weeks. Nora is a master Zentangler and the two of us like to sit quietly together and draw. I started this drawing yesterday and finished it this afternoon. Soon we’ll join the rest of the family gathering at Jennifer’s parents’ house here in Henderson. They aren’t here but Jen wanted to show us the place. Also there is a nice big pool there so we may all go swimming. It’s 108 outside right now. It was oven-like when Nora and I took Dexter for a walk. Tomorrow we head back to Washington where the high in Bellingham is around 70.
