preparing to land

I don’t know who knits these little creations. This one is hanging from a tree in Ratby churchyard. There’s also a hang glider, and two little people in a balloon. They’re very sweet and cheerful.
Painting at Kathy and Jim’s again this morning - almost done now. We just keep having to wait between coats as the dark brown has taken quite a bit of covering. Tomorrow Mr I has to add two small bits of skirting board that was missing and I’ve got glossing to do.
Quite warm today, a bit of sun has ripened lots of tomatoes.
