Signs of autumn

The ferns are turning brown and the ragwort is dying. The spiders had been busy overnight and left their gossamer threads on the gorse. I noticed that the fungi was more abundant too.

It started warm at 18 degrees and now after lunch my weather app says it is 29. Plenty of shade in our garden though and very pleasant.
