Thai food lesson on line

Very authentic and delicious online Thai food tonight.

I find it interesting that we made our own vegetable stock - no powdered stock from a jar - and garlic infused oil - not bottled already infused as we would usually have.

Lots of ingredients and I thought I had them all but still scrambling in the pantry half way through.

Another lockdown fun activity.
