Curiouser and Curiouser

As some of you may know I have ‘by chance’ come across several Alice in Wonderland creations - theme trails, yarn bombing and sculptures over the summer. Alerted to this exhibition by blipper Maureen6002 I was curious what it might have to say to me. I’m interested in themes of identity, metamorphosis, and change, and in art and the creative process.
Some brilliant moving animated projections in the Curiouser and Curiouser exhibition at the V and A - so imaginative. Interesting to see how Alice’s own metamorphosis has inspired so much creative - out of the box -art, fashion, political comment, ideas and thinking.
Feeling totally out of practice travelling round London - struggled to top up my Oyster card (it was touch screen! Doh!) but fortunately a friendly Rail assistant came to the rescue! After getting public transport from Crystal Palace and back, satnav then took us right past Victoria Station heading home - doh again. Good to do these things every so often - think we might have gone down our own rabbit hole there!
