Making a starfish

They brought art materials with them to make a starfish that they'd seen in a library book.  She was very keen to get going on the project.

First the shape was cut from cardboard then covered in Plaster of Paris.  It was then left to dry  - leaving it alone was a difficult ask!

Her dad thought it so much fun that he decided to make one too.
