Damselfly

The sun came out at last this afternoon so my Editor & I had a walk to the Rising Sun Country Park on a bliphunt. We were lucky to come across several damselflies and after a few failures I managed to get fairly close to this one without it flying off.

I'm no good on damselfly ID but I think this is probably a Common Darter. If anyone knows better please correct me :-)

This followed the 5th and final webinar this morning in my wildlife photo course, which has been fabulous! First there was a critique of our portfolios then a session on the best Lightroom functions to use for tweaking wildlife photos. Lots of new ideas.
