I'VE MADE JELLY!
Crab Apple jelly done.
12 new jars ( bought Friday ), and some recycled ones I had in reserve.
Personally it's too sweet, but if I make it again I'll make a smaller batch and use a smaller ration of sugar to the fruit.
Hopefully the cold saucer and wrinkle test has meant I've got the setting point right.
Now just need some roast lamb.
Unfortunately today's next task in Sunday lunch of roast beef and Yorkshire puddings.
Oh well. Maybe next week will be lamb.
