Devils bit scabious

On our early morning walk before heading to the beach for a swim in the sea. It felt cool again but also sooo good. In the afternoon we went to help my friend. Her dad sadly passed earlier in the year and has a croft. We said we would help her get the cows in for them getting blood tested by the vets. It took a long time to persuade the calf to come in with her mum as she was very flighty. Then it was the wait for the vets. All done though and we treated the cattle while they were in. We also made plans for doing a thorough check through the sheep at some point too.

A quote for my friend who is determined and dedicated and so very strong as she is improving with her own struggle with m.e. She is amazing and I'm so proud of her everytime I see her she's improved and grown so much. Even with the trauma of all that's going on she is working through it and shining bright!
