Silly Saturday - Pingdemic???

A new silly word, even though its meaning is understood straightaway! Another sign of the times.

This notice was pasted in the window of the new café in Drymen where pal Nancy and I were planning to meet for coffee this morning. No problem - we just went next door to the Drymen Inn and had coffee and a good blether there instead.

Extra  -  I had to do a double-take when I glimpsed this funny/silly view of the scaffolders at the lounge window.
