Speaking with Tom, my son, a few months ago, he mentioned that he'd done a DNA test. The results were quite interesting, especially the 'French connection' a couple of generations past.
Hmmm, maybe my paternal grandmother's line, I thought. I'd been thinking about finding more about my family for a while, and decided to try some genealogy. It's been interesting, and time-consuming, and it seems that my side of the family were all deeply rooted in Norfolk. I shall keep going...
Earlier this week, speaking with Tom again, he mentioned that DNA test kits are on offer, and asked if I'd do one. Today, this landed in the letter box!
