One of those days.

It was one of those days where we had big plans but ended up accomplishing very little!

He wanted to get a haircut. You read that right ... HE wanted it. Makes me a bit sad - I kinda love the Jon Bon Jovi look he has going on now. But it's his hair. Unfortunately, they couldn't fit him in today. We need to try tomorrow (Saturday) and see if we can get in late afternoon.

Then we had plans for a dinner date but thought that it would be more convenient to do it before/after the haircut.

Then we thought we'd go get some lobsters and clams and steam them up. We LOVED this idea! But we didn't come up with it until after a late lunch and neither of us was very hungry at dinner time. So, I made him scrambled eggs at 7 pm instead and we've decided to do the lobster dinner date on Sunday.

He did, however, make some good progess on the birthday gift he's making for his sister. :)
