Potatoes, tofu, mushrooms, spinach, garlic, radish, along with wafer thin lamb cooked in boiling soup. Take your pick spicy or mon spicy soup.

This dish has its origins in Mongolia and Genghis Khan's marauding hoards. The Mongolian soldiers would turns their steel helmets upside down place over a fire add water then drop into the boiling liquid to cook.
