Water-glassing eggs
I have read about ways to preserve eggs while we are in times of plenty. Water-glassing is a technique to preserve fresh eggs that will keep them fresh for months and months. They are not cooked or pickled. These eggs can be used as fresh eggs months from now when they have dropped off In production due to short days and molting. It’s good old-fashioned homestead technology.!
