Las Chimeneas

Las Chimeneas was featured recently in Richard E Grant’s TV series ‘Write around the World’. We were particularly excited about this because we actually stayed at Las Chimeneas about 10 years ago. It is located in the small village of Mairena in the Alpujarra region of southern Spain. The guest house is surrounded by spectacular scenery and the book brings together knowledge about the local area and community and includes some of the local recipes that feature often on the menu in their restaurant.
