SMOKE HOUSE

Looking Up again - This building is being renovated and I noticed the chimney cowls - well in those colours you can hardly miss them !

In times past, this was a Smoke House for curing fish - it will be interesting to see how things change over the next few months. The old brickwork is being repaired to fit in, but at ground level there are 3 huge iron doors, one red, one orange, and one green. They match the cowls but why so colourful ? I must find out.
