An early swim @7.15

As I had to attend an important work meeting at 8.15am

I don’t mind this as I am an early bird

But a very nice networking story unravelled today regarding bridesmaids dresses that you would all really love to hear …. But I am too tired to relate (please remind me later)

So this is the early gang on da beach

And I really enjoyed my swim

The daughter is coming over tonight and we will have

Salted chilly squid

And sweet n sour something or other and fried rice and watch a fillum

And disagree vehemently over something (no surrender ) … she is great company
