I struggled to figure out if this was the right way of saying 'welcome to Wales', there seems to be a variety of ways =/

Anyway, we went over to Llanberis for a few days and I think I fell in love with it.

And no, the two people from Kent who got rescued up Snowdon was not me and Nick (I'm not his mother for a start...) but we did see the SeaKing flying over there for the rescue and a couple of the Mountain Rescue guys who helped them got on our train, but more about that on Thursday's entry....

All in all, the journey from Canterbury to Llanberis took 9 and a half hours with a few stops and a couple of wrong and missed turnings.
