Go Spence!

Today was Spence's first game of soccer! They got their new shirts yesterday at training and its quite big on him but very cute!!

They are in Under 6's and play either 5 on 5 or 4 on 4 depending on how many each team has! They play on a much smaller field with a little goal and no goalie. The game is meant to be two 15 minute halves but it was pretty hot today so we played three 10 minute thirds which was better! I think Spence's favourite bit was the oranges at the breaks!!

They all did really well getting into the game as it went along! The score at the end was 3-5 to the other team and 2 of our goals were from the other team kicking them into our goal! The kids had a great time though!
