Kitsch?

My friend Katie who was at dinner last night is a production set dresser, wonderful eye and works on big movies.   So a present from her is an event.  She handed this over apologising but I LOVE him. I am very keen on the idea of talismans.  Key objects that come to mean more than their initial use would suggest and I felt this chap is a new mascot for the house!  I love that when you put plants in the vase he appears to be standing on a branch.  It’s going to be fun finding something for him to stand on year round.
