Walk on the beach

An afternoon walk on the beach after arriving at Bonny hills for our short holiday. M is playing cricket for the NSW Vets against Queensland and L and I have come along for the holiday.
I am planning a bit of shopping, a bit of studying, some resting and a few runs on the beach. It's quite exciting because the only place I've run has been on our track at home so this is a bit out of my comfort zone - in the public eye and all ;)
But I'm sure I will cope :)
