Maud:My what very big feet you have aprecious!

aprecious: My Maud what a very opinionated dog you are!

Maud: But why are such big feet necessary?

aprecious: They help me stand up. Hard to believe, I know.

Maud: Is there a reason why you don't use your hands as extra feet? This would balance out your flippers, enormously long, very poorly designed, feet?

aprecious: I'd probably look a bit silly!

Maud: So slip sliding in the snow doesn't make you look silly?

aprecious: Maud?

Maud: Yeah?

aprecious: Would you like a walk today?

Maud: Yep!

aprecious: Can I recommend you shut up?

Maud: You can recommend it

aprecious: You're getting very big for your boots...

Pause

Maud: Well - I can always borrow yours!!

No snow when we arrived home last night. 3 inches now. And I'm going to work.
