On my bike

Today I got on my bike for the first time since I hurt my back. It was wonderful to be back in the saddle again! You can go so fast, and your feet and hips don't hurt!

I only went as far as town (3/4 mile) and picked up some food shopping. It was great to be able to carry quite a load back without needing to take the car.

I got a few other things done today too: arranged a vet appointment, sorted out flu jab appointments, did a linear flow test ready to get my hair chopped off again tomorrow. 

And I got the week's washing done. Well the clothes anyway. Towels and bedding will have to be tomorrow.
