Distraction

Still lots of pretty colour in the garden on the first day of autumn - started off feeling autumnal then into full summer sun in the afternoon.

The flowers are a distraction from the scaffolding boards that suddenly appeared from the neighbour’s building site in the afternoon, protruding into our garden, right outside the window. And noone around to discuss with!!
