Road closed

What a nightmare! 8 miles from home, dinner in the car, getting late. People arriving for dinner! Choice was safe and easy extra 20 plus mile journey or possibly dodgy extra 2 miles. Well the possibly dodgy won and I extricated myself from one snow drift and then found someone else stuck blocking the road. Aaaaah! Finally got home and sat down to eat before 10pm just!
