It perhaps says summat about me that I'm quite familiar with the Philip Glass soundtrack but I've never actually seen the original film.

But I've seen the new one, late afternoon today. Just me, in a virtually empty cinema. It was pretty good actually, quite interesting in fact with all the BLM metaphorical stuff. As for that original version, can't see me ever seeing it to be honest.
